- Same day or next business day. Send your case whenever it is convenient, and you get a real answer from a board-certified dermatologist. Turnaround depends on Dr. Zamary’s availability, which the app shows before you start a consult.
- Asynchronous by nature. There is no video call to schedule around work or childcare — upload photos, describe what is going on, and get a plan back. If needed, Dr. Zamary will call or message you within the app to discuss your case.

All services are provided on a direct-pay basis and insurance is not accepted. Physicians independently set their own fees, and availability varies by their schedule and is shown before starting a consult.

No. TrustMyDoc is a separate company and a separate app. Dr. Zamary sees patients on it in addition to her practice here. Your TrustMyDoc consult is handled entirely within that app — scheduling, records, and payment don’t go through our office.
No. There is no membership and no subscription. You pay one flat price for each consult, and only when you use it.
TrustMyDoc is direct-pay: you pay one flat price for the consult and skip insurance entirely. If you’d rather use your insurance benefits, book an in-office visit with us at Z Dermatology and we’ll bill your plan as usual.
TrustMyDoc is asynchronous by nature — you send your case, and Dr. Zamary sends back a diagnosis and a treatment plan. If your case needs a conversation, she will call or message you within the app to discuss it.
