Is Agnes RF treatment Painful?

You should feel little to no discomfort during the treatment as we numb the treatment area. We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment if you would like to receive topical numbing prior to being injected with lidocaine. After the treatment, the treatment area will be tender for a few days.

What is Agnes RF recovery time?

Different treatment areas have different degrees of downtime. For the first 1-2 days after treatment, the treatment site will be tender/sore. Swelling is and sometimes bruising can be present for 3-14 days, especially for the under eye bag treatment.

How many Agnes RF treatments are required?

As with many treatments, patient baseline and goals may affect the number of treatments necessary. In general when treating for lifting or fat dissolving, improvement can be seen with the first treatment but two to three treatments may be needed to achieve optimum results. Results can be seen immediately however shortly after swelling can kick in. Results continue to improve up until four months. Optimal results will be seen 3 months after your final treatment.

Can this treatment be combined with any other treatments?

This treatment can be combined with any resurfacing procedure (Fraxel Dual, Clear and Brilliant, Fractionated CO2) and RF Microneedling. Many patients who have busy schedules, prefer to have the downtime all at once, and that is understandable. The under bag treatment can be combined with Sofwave.
